About Our Vision and Mission

Our vision at Hope Leadership Foundation is that we will impact hundreds if not thousands of young people with hope and opportunity. We want to provide a hope in a God that loves them and opportunities to fulfill dreams and explore life to its fullest. We aim to prepare today’s youth to be tomorrow’s leaders locally, nationally and internationally. We desire to help youth realize and actualize their potential by providing spiritual mentorship, educational and athletic support along with exposure to the arts, while helping them meet their most basic needs. We desire to see San Diego changed one kid at a time.

HLF’s mission is to reach inner-city youth and develop them into the leaders of tomorrow. Our goals will first be to model, mentor and encourage kids to excel in all that they do by supporting their efforts in education, goal setting and positive reinforcement through sports and recreation. Second is to provide structure, support and guidance in developing their character by meeting their spiritual and physical needs in a very tangible way. Thirdly HLF aims to model and teach each child how to serve, respect and give back to the community in which they live. In doing this we hope to pave the way for each child to pursue their goals and dreams.
